This Bill helped take care of Silver, sort of becoming that Silver's "ma". As such, that Silver has a hilarious hick accent and a muuuuch more complicated story. As for Bill? He sits in his cottage and sulks over poor life choices, and looks out for Silver whenever he comes by.
